Auravest is a subscription product. We don't sell your data, run ads, or take referral fees from banks. The subscription is the entire revenue model.
The trial
New accounts get a 5-day free trial. No card is required to start. During the trial you can connect accounts, add assets, and use the AI assistant. At the end of the 5 days, you'll need to enter a payment method to keep your account active.
Plans
- Personal — $15 AUD / month. One user. Unlimited assets, liabilities, and transactions. Standard AI assistant quota.
- Family — $29 AUD / month. Up to four linked users sharing a household view. Higher AI quota. Joint vs individual asset tagging.
- Business — $59 AUD / month. For SMSF trustees, sole traders, and active investors. Highest AI quota. Advanced tax scenario modelling. Priority support.
Annual billing is offered at a 17% discount, applied at checkout.
Managing your subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- You'll be taken into the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
- From there, you can update your card, switch plans, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then.
Tax invoices
Every payment generates a GST-inclusive tax invoice in Settings → Billing. For business plans, the subscription cost is generally a deductible business expense — confirm with your accountant.
Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of a paid renewal and haven't actively used the AI assistant during that period, email [email protected] for a refund. Outside that window, cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period.
